Q: Are your interpretations court-approved or certified?
A: Yes, Brandy Aroche is a registered court interpreter who is registered with the Mississippi Supreme Court and meets all requirements to interpret in official court settings.
Q: Do you offer interpretation outside of court?
A: Absolutely! We interpret for attorneys, medical clinics, government agencies, schools, and private individuals.
Q: Can you travel to different counties or facilities:
A: Yes, we provide on-site interpretation throughout the entire state of Mississippi and surrounding states, and remote sessions are available nationwide.

Consultation & Scheduling
We begin with a brief consultation to understand your needs - including the language pair, setting (courtroom, legal office, medical facility, etc.), and whether the interpretation will be in person, over the phone, or via video (zoom, Skype, etc.). Once the details are confirmed, we'll schedule your session and provide any necessary preparation guidance. Finally, we will email you a quote.

Interpretation Session
Your interpretation will be conducted at the scheduled time, either on-site or remotely, with complete professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy. Whether it's a courtroom hearing, immigration interview, or attorney meeting, you can trust that communication will flow clearly andeffectively between all parties.

Payment
For Individuals: Payment is due before or at the time of service.
For Courts, Legal Professionals, or Agencies: Payment may be mailed upon the receipt of the invoice. Payment is typically due within 30 days.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and most digital payment methods. Invoices and receipts are always provided upon request.
