How Does
It Work?
Please Note: Most Certified Translations are completed within 24 hours but could take up to 3 business days. Expedited services may be available upon request at an additional cost. Processing time begins once the document(s) are received and the invoice has been paid. Delivery options include in-person pickup, Mail, or Local Drop-Off.
Payment is due before processing for all orders except for local deliveries. Local deliveries payments are due at the time of delivery.

Prices for Certified Translations with Certificate of Accuracy signed and Notarized start at $35.00
Prices for delivery available upon request. Price will depend on delivery method and distance.

If you accept the quote, we'll send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we'll get started on your translation.
*If you are outside of Mississippi shipping costs will be discussed during the quote or consultation process. This cost will be included in the invoice.

The Work Begins!
Now the fun begins. We begin the work on your document! This process typically takes 24 hours, however in extreme situations, or in the event the document is more than 3 pages of length, this process may take up to 3 days to complete. Regardless, we will be in close contact with you to ensure you are informed throughout the entire process. Leaving no room for guessing.

Translation Completed and Delivery Arranged
Once your Certified Translation is complete, we'll contact you to confirm and arrange delivery. You may choose to pick it up in person for free, have it hand delivered if you are in Mississippi, or receive it by mail (for an additional fee). We'll work with you to ensure the delivery method is convenient and secure.

Payment & Final Delivery for In-Person Translations
Once your translation is complete, payment is due at the time of delivery.
